How do I pay for my order?

Wenailit.net allows a secure on-line order transaction using your MasterCard or Visa. Simply browse the site, add selected items to your "shopping cart" and let our web site walk you through our easy check out process.

Can you print my company logo?

Yes, if you would like to have your company logo printed on your product, just upload your image or mail your black and white, camera-ready artwork to:

What is your Shipping Policy?

For customized printed materials all orders will be fulfilled in 3-5 business days following approval. Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping depending on geography.

For customized non printed materials all orders will be fulfilled in 5-10 business days following approval. Please allow up to 1 week for shipping depending on geography.

All shipping is UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested via our customer service line: 1-877-74-TOOLS.

What about your return policy?

Wenailit.net will accept returned merchandise that has been damaged during shipping or fulfilled incorrectly. Please call our customer service center toll-free at 1-877-74-TOOLS or email customerservice@wenailit.net and a representative will provide you with a return merchandise authorization code. Merchandise may be returned for credit/refund if returned within 30 days of shipment date.

All products are warranted against defects, as the manufacturer's warranty specifies.
